Georgetown is a really fun all part of Seattle. There are lots of restaurants, a vintage airstream trailer park and often live music in the evenings

We love this place at the Des Moines’s marina. Go in the morning for a cuppa coffee and a walk-through a beautiful park on the beach. Or head down for happy hour and get beer and wine and look out at the views and the sunset.
You do have to pay for parking although it’s validated if you purchase some thing at the quarterdeck. Make sure you have your ticket with you. If not and you just go to the park for it walk parking is only two dollars.
