Home to the TOADS theatre group, this is a gem. It is as close as you can get to experiencing the charms of an old fashioned repertory theatre company. This amateur company is run along very professional lines and sometimes plays host to small professional touring productions.

The Kents is a lovely relaxed pub which is popular with locals as well as visitors. It is quite food orientated and apart from its regular menu, it also has daily specials. It also has the benefit of a garden to the side.

Parks & Nature
The parkland around Cockington is wonderful all year round even in the depths of winter. It is an ideal place to take a dog for a good bit of exercise. Nearby is a pub as well as a number of tea rooms and cafes. We really like Weavers Yard in Cockington.

Combine a visit to Brixham with a visit to this fascinating area. Not only are there some truly spectacular views of the Bay but there are incredible remains of Napoleonic fortifications.
