The nearest access point to the South Downs National Park. You can get a bus up here during the summer season.
Great viewpoint, walks along the ridge and down into the Dyke. There is a pub/ restaurant and facilities here, although I would recommend the Shepherd and Dog pub or the Royal Oak, both are a short walk along the ridge and down into Poynings village.

A wonderful walk from the Marina along the seafront to Ovingdean, with the path running directly next to the sea. Great for a sunny day. You walk next to white cliffs beside the sea. There is a little cafe half way along.

King George IV's seaside pleasure palace. An iconic and beautiful building, stunning from the outside and set in delightful gardens that are usually thronging with visitors. Well worth going in, the decor is outlandish, opulent and downright extraordinary.
