I've seen it referred to as a "down home southern sandwich shop".. it made the cut in Food and Wine's restaurant of the year. worth the visit.

I think this is the best fresh bagel bakery in New Orleans. The breakfast sandwich bagels are amazing!

I don't know how to categorize this.. it's a music venue, but it's also a contemporary art sculpture garden where each house is a musical instrument. Great for kids and adults.

When i moved here from Portland, Oregon the coffee sucked, and the beer was terrible.. now we have microbreweries, and this was one of the first..
