Didn't know this was a chain restaurant! They always have crazy burger specials (like peanut butter banana burgers) but have really good "normal" burgers too. They have a small outdoor patio and is usually very busy on weekends.

This is an adorable cafe with a few food items such as waffles and crepes for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. Their gelato won the bronze medal for the 2016 america's world gelato tour. Gelato is half price after 9pm!

Large servings of good Indian food! They have a nice seating area (although we usually do take out). They couple who owns it is very nice and usually gives us free rice pudding or milk balls. They are not open on Mondays.

This coffee shop makes a REALLY good cup of coffee and roasts their own coffee beans! Its an odd location so its a nice quiet sit down place.

Delicious shawarma platters with chicken (or beef), salad, rice, and addictive potatoes that can feed you for two days! There is an outdoor patio, but it is right at a busy intersection.

A Short hike passing over Meech Lake to get to the Ruins of a carbide mill. We are not experienced hikers and we had no problems getting there. Amazing spot to pack a lunch and sit next to the water or waterfalls.

Museum is not only a great inside, but it also has nice grounds and beautiful views of the Ottawa River and Parliament Hill. The restaurant inside is a little fancy (and therefore pricey) but the food quality is very good.
