The best of the high desert. This is a must. Order tickets early as they do sell out. I recommend going hours before and exploring Pioneer Town.

A must see outdoor sculpture garden on 10 acres of a local artist lived and worked in the desert for decades. He passed in 2004 and leaves a legacy.

This is known as the 49 Palms Oasis. 3 mile hike round trip. Amazing place and hidden treasure. Take plenty of water and sun hat for the 1.5 mile hike in and out.
