Consistently excellent coffee and food for breakfast and lunch, great salads, very friendly staff, cool tucked away location, beautiful North Melbourne heritage neighbourhood only 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. If you want a good coffee, this is the place, never lets me down (and I am pretty fussy about my coffee).

Legendary Malaysian restaurant, incredibly popular so you really do need to book in advance at dinner time or you will be waiting in line for a while, take away always a good option, best laksa in Melbourne in my view, but lots of other choices, all very authentic and reasonably priced, excellent value

Authentic Mexican all on its own, but it is excellent and truly unique.
