Sometimes there's live music, but even when there isn't it's still a bar in a park by the lake: absolutely amazing, don't miss it!

They close at midnight but until then it's a nice spot to meet other travelers. Staff is lovely, drinks are affordable, and they always have a vegetarian option.

Dinner is at 8, but if you order before 6 or 7 (I don't remember) they offer you a glass of wine.

One of the most famous villas of lake Como, Villa Carlotta definitely has the most amazing botanical garden. It's more classical than Villa del Balbianello and you can get there by bus or you can walk about 20/30 minutes from Azzano

You get there after a hike that, for experts, is easy, for beginners is a bit challenging but still doable.
Food is not the best but the view is stunning and if you need more you can keep hiking.
