Quite honestly my fave resto in the world! Share a bottle of white, a fruit de mer & watch the world go by. No one will argue that its' the best fish place in town. Can't book so be prepared to queue.

A pretty road full of some good, & some bad restaurants. Lean over the balcony and you are in it so it will definitely not be missed on your visit. Great ice-cream lady up on the right if you are hot

One of the two closest beaches to the flat. Not a bad little beach but crowded in July and August. The public part starts to the right of the green marker in the horse-shoe area of the above map.

Great beach and restaurant. Standard Cannes stuff so expect to pay about €20 for a sunbed, €10 for a parasol and a good fe bob for a glass of wine & food. Nice experience though & this is one of best

This is the place to catch the ferry to either St Tropez (a must in season @ €42 return) or over to the wonderful islands of Iles de Lérins which are just a short hop away.

The home of the world famous Cannes Film Festival. Not the prettiest building in the world but worth a visit to check out the red carpet, especially in May when the superstars are in town.

The main shopping road in Cannes. Neary everything you need can be found down here although the really flash shops (Gucci et el) are on the Croisette which is the main sea-front strip.

You need to walk down here at least once to take in the atmosphere and sights of the real French Riviera. Great sights, great shops (expensive) and the original Cannes Palace hotels. Don't miss it!
