Just like Central Park, this was made by the same architect. They have FREE concerts in the summer time, you'll have to look at the schedule online.
An awesome place to visit and is not too far from my home. I highly recommend.

Random, crazy, grungy, LGBT, Vegas like, women dancing from the ceiling, house music, odd, unique, spot to party and drink. Expect to stay out till 4 am. There is a $20+ cover but it's worth the experience.

This is AWESOME. Head to Eataly after you visit the 9/11 memorial. You can literally walk right there. It's an indoor market and shops with restaurants and bars inside. Very cool!

Hole in the wall Uzbekistani restaurant. This is far into Russian Brooklyn but it is one of my favorite spots! It's not fancy whatsoever but the food is amazing.
