It's just lovely! Landscape, gastronomy and artisans. Don't forget to try the tortas de Azeitão, queijo (cheese) de Azeitão (the best cheese in Portugal), visit the wine cellars and go for a bottle of Moscatel. And if you want to try a traditional farmers market, just visit on the first Sunday of each month.
