The buccaneer is basically a food stand/coffee cart right across the street from the beach. It has really good breakfast burritos, etc, and is only 100 ft from the water. Added plus is that there is a small park right behind the Buccaneer which usually means parking is not a problem

Legoland!! I actually don't know much about it except that it is the 'in' spot to be for the 2-12 crowd.

Parks & Nature
Cool to walk around the boats at the harbor and the small collection of restaurants and shops, or enjoy the expansive sandy beaches. There is a charge for parking in most areas.

Drinks & Nightlife
This is actually a restaurant (pretty expensive). I am not a big fan of the food at the price, but if you are looking for a little bit fancier place for a cocktail than is the usual for Oceanside, the bar here is pretty much it.
