The Roman Theatre, apparently, is in a bad shape, but great part of the theatre is still underground. The museum is next to it and tells the story of a XVIIIc. building.

This is an old neighbourhood that was built for the working classes in 1908.The Royal Cine (today a supermarket) was a part of this complex.

One of the most beautiful views can be seen from this point- the river, Lisbon oldest parts, the sunset,etc. The castle is well preserved, the barbican is really a masterpiece..

Pingo Doce converted an old cinema (The Royal Cine) into a supermarket.This is not the best thing to do to an old cinema, however I am sure better days will come!
