2199 California StA Denver Landmark. You must look at the website..Full restaurant + booze. EVERYTHING is local and handcrafted. Lots of music upstairs, dance lessons, poetry slams..something going on everyday. It's a (fabulous!) scene. CASH ONLY but they have an ATM machine on site.

Movie theater w/lots of Independent films. Next to Tattered Cover, Chipotle, Twist 'n Shout, some new restaurant that's going up as "we" speak. All of this is walkable..20 mins straight S from my house.

so much. Shopping, eating, drinking..great block of stuff. If interested, it's a 20min drive. Look up Devil's Food if you want a spot to GPS to..and you must go to Devil's Food. Awesome brunch, amazing pastries, great atmosphere!

South Pearl Streetso much. Shopping, eating, drinking..great block of stuff. If interested, it's a 20min drive. Look up Devil's Food if you want a spot to GPS to..and you must go to Devil's Food. Awesome brunch, amazing pastries, great atmosphere!

Museum is on Santa Fe with tons of other little galleries and museums. Going on the 1st Friday of the month is a scene w/food trucks, beer/booze and everything stays open late. You can also get a tattoo pretty easily on Santa Fe.

Fabulous Park! Home to the Zoo and The Natural History Museum. 5 miles of walkable-ness and a lake as well. Paddle boats on the lake in the Summer and if you are lucky enough to be staying with me :-) June-August, City Park Jazz(CPJ) if a free live Jazz show in the Park by the Lake. Everyone goes and brings a picnic. Starts at 6-8. Bring a bar-b-que. Free Bike parking close to the Grandstand. One of my favorite things about Denver is CPJ.
