Not actually a brewery but distillery, they produce wonderful gins, vodkas, bitters, and other assorted spirits. In addition to a full service restaurant and bar there is a bottle shop next door offering their liquor at a generous rate compared to buying in grocery stores.

Also home to the Gum Wall and talented street musicians. Pike Place is the longest continuously run farmers market in the United States. I personally recommend the Mac N Cheese at Becchers
