It's a full day out to Port Arthur. Depending on what you want to see and how much history you like to learn. Spend the day wandering around the convict sight and learn about the the life of the convicts that where sent there. Take the boat to the isle of the dead, re-fuel in one of the cafe's or restaurant and stay for the Ghost tour.

It's a full day out to Port Arthur. Depending on what you want to see and how much history you like to learn. Cape Raoul is located roughly 40min from Forcett, about 15min past Port Arthur. It is a maximum of a 5hr return hike through beautiful bush land ending with views of the three capes. Don't forget to take binoculars, you will be able to hear the seals barking and see them sunning and playing. If you lucky you may find a Tasmanian dragon, a echidna or possum along the way.

Cape Hauy is a fairly easy 3 - 4hr hike. There is one section of steep stairs, but the stunning view is well worth it! In the summer pack you swimmers and take a dip in the bay and enjoy a BBQ before heading back.
