Entertainment & Activities
Our adult children and their spouses took a tour with Jamie of Outer Banks Adventures and came home raving about it. An airboat tour (customized to your preference/length) through the marshes and sound near Manteo. They learned so much, saw dolphins a few feet away from the boat, and waded in tidal pools seeing wildlife and finding shells.

Our adult children and their spouses took a tour with Jamie of Outer Banks Adventures and came home raving about it. Our daughter and son in law took the helicopter tour, this company also offers biplane tours. Such a great way to see the Outer Banks from a totally different perspective!

There's a covered picnic area and a few covered resting spots and benches throughout. You can see turtles, fish, and lots of birds, including ospreys and eagles.
