Great view over Bergen and you can walk right from our front door! No driving needed. Takes around 45-60minutes up to the top. Can come a slightly different way down and swim in the lke at the end :)

Lovely walk in woods around a lake on a pram-friendly path (some parts are steep but the path is 3m wide and smooth enough for prams).

Easy walk around lovely gardens. We often swim at the little beach and diving board. They now sell coffee and cake but you will probably need to ask directions to the right spot! (near the more southern car park)

Our favourite place to swim and the whole reason we live where we do - clear cold water and a lovely calm atmosphere. Parking is hard, so just walk round the lakeside !
