This is the first Starbucks signing store in the US. It's a deaf-friendly space just a few blocks from Gallaudet University which is recognized as first school for the advanced education of the deaf and hard of hearing in the world.

Select your ingredients, very tasty Mediterranean food. I believe they started in the DC area but are now expanding to other markets around the US.

Intimate coffee shop on H St. Coffee originated in Ethiopia in an area called Kefa (Kefa = Coffee). Washington, DC has the largest Ethiopian community in the world outside of Ethiopia. On Sundays, they have an actual Ethiopian coffee ceremony which is a fascinating part of their culture. Coffee is good too.
