This is the cutest place in town! It's a distillery in the middle of the park. From Tuesday till Sunday they serve lovely home made jenevers and some beers from Croatia. They are open from 15:00-20:00. It's a very romantic place!

A very cool rooftop bar!! Just go there and enjoy the lovely view.

Simple but delicious Italian pastas. The prices are reasonable. For a pasta and a glass of wine you pay around 18 euros. I visit this place twice a month, at least!!

Best place to order some take-away sushi. Very reasonable prices and lovely owners. First check their website, then make a phonecall to order, afterwards bike or walk to the shop and at last: taste Amsterdam's best sushi! I love it.

Best cinema in town. It's a slightly unorganised cinema where you can enjoy the movie while you sit on big couches. There is also a lovely terrace on the waterfront, oh and they serve really good food!

If you rented a bike, you should visit durgerdam, Ransdorp and Schellingwoude. Often after work, if I need some ME time, I cycle through the meadows and become happy instantly.

Great shop for women. I go there once in a while and always want to buy everything. But it isn't cheap so you could also buy just one cool dress or skirt....

Basically my favorite street in town. You've got bookstores, clothing stores, cheap groceries, nice cafes and bars etc.
I would definitely recommend going here!
