Centennial Park is massive. Great for exercise or a picnic.
The inner parts of the park have beautiful lakes with may birds. You can always find a nice quiet spot here.

Transport: Uber is a good idea or the 323 bus service to North Bondi takes approx 25 minutes

Steyne park is so close and beautiful. There are park benches and tables. There is a great kids playground for small kids.

Great to take a towel, book and sunnies. It is not the best beach for swiming because the seaweed gets blown onto the sand, rather go to Redleaf pool for a swim. But this spot is great for a sun tan.

A good local pub that often has live music and plays sporting events. The Sheaf does get very busy on the weekend with a good atmosphere.
There is a nice pokies room if you like to try your luck.

Great Dinner restaurant! Modern Italian style food with great wine. They do not take bookings and do get very busy. Try to get there before 7pm to get a seat easily.

This convenience store is only 270 meters away. It does not have much variety and is expensive however if you are looking for milk, bread, ice cream etc it is the closest. The better option is Woolworths.
