Amersfoort is known for its old, beautiful city center, with buildings such as the famous Koppelpoort and the fifteenth-century Onze Lieve Vrouwetoren. Shopping is great for everyone in the well-preserved old town.

From Maarn it is easy to travel by train.
The station is a 3-minute walk and within 15 minutes you are in the city center of Utrecht. Amsterdam is just one hour from here and Rotterdam one hour and 15 minutes.
At the station you'll find a ticket machine to buy a train ticket. With a Railrunner ticket, children up to 11 years old travel for only € 2.50 per day. You can bring a buggy with you if you're traveling with kids.
