Food Scene

Basic San Francisco/California style taqueria, for quick, friendly service, and tasty, healthy ingredients. One burrito is a pretty big meal; we often split one burrito as a meal for two. Ok to eat there, although we usually take it to go and walk back home.

Parks & Nature

The unique Cayuga Playground park is just a few minutes walk down the street and is worth a visit. Considered to be one of San Francisco’s hidden gems, it is known for its sculpture gardens, unique trails, and recreation courts, field and playground. Hundreds of whimsical figurines, totem poles and statues, were created by a longtime and now retired gardener.

McLaren Park offers walks, hidden discoveries, and unique views on San Francisco, the Bay and the ocean. You can reach the park by foot, bus or car, down Geneva, past Moscow. Good place to start is the parking lot just beyond the playing fields. Trails go up the hill to explore various parts of the second largest park in the City.
