A must see if you're in Concord! Pristine location to swim or take a hike. There's a fee for parking (I think around $8/car). In the busy months, the lot reaches capacity quickly and opens + closes in shifts. Check out their twitter (@waldenpondstate) for info on when it opens next to time your visit.

Great Hill
Great dog-friendly area for hiking. Park in the lot behind the Acton fire department.

Mini golf, batting cages, bumper boats, farm animals, ice cream (pro tip: get a kiddie) -- there's a ton to do here! Open in the spring through early fall.

Open from Memorial to Labor day, this is an awesome drive in movie theater! A bit of a hike from Concord, but worth the trip. Get there way earlier than you think, they can sell out quickly. Movies are shown in double-features.
