It has parks all around the river, for recreation and relaxation, with opportunities to hire rowing boats in the summer to explore the Avon from the river itself, it provides a great day out. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre is set on the river bank and is a beautiful small theatre offering the Bard’s greatest plays. The town itself is buzzing with life, with plenty of shops and places to eat and drink.

Set in the beautiful picturesque village of Snowshill (of Bridget Jones’ fame) there are many great walks around the area. The Pub also has a great beer garden and play equipment for kids.
