Our favorite! We usually go once a week! Affordable and tasty seafood (and more), location on the water, fast and friendly service with a laidback feel. Most dishes $10-18. Takes reservations. Would recommend the lobster roll ($18 in 2018) and a pint of Upstreet Commons Pilsner a PEI beer ($6 in 2018). They had music on most Friday nights in 2018 (kitchen closes at 7:30).

Cute coffee shop in Summerside that serves a light lunch and dessert. Lunch is $9-11. Good option for wifi and coffee on a rainy day. Could follow up with Holman's Ice Cream as they are very close together!

Fresh local handpies. Great to take to go, no tables inside but has picnic tables outside. Can take frozen ones back to the cottage to heat up. $8-9 per handpie, recommend 1-2 pies per person as 1 might not be enough!

Good local pizza! Pizzas are filling for the price. Try Garlic Fingers which are a PEI/Maritime favorite! Summerside has limited good options for dinner/supper, which makes Michael's a good option. You will likely have leftovers for lunch the next day!
