North Georgia wines are a lot more special than people know. Cabin Bear Meister is located very close to many wineries. At the Cottage, we love their wine tasting flight or simply sitting outside, enjoying a bottle of wine while taking in the crisp and fresh air with a beautiful mountain backdrop. This place is very special and the wine is consistently delicious.

Cottage Vineyard and Winery
5050 US-129North Georgia wines are a lot more special than people know. Cabin Bear Meister is located very close to many wineries. At the Cottage, we love their wine tasting flight or simply sitting outside, enjoying a bottle of wine while taking in the crisp and fresh air with a beautiful mountain backdrop. This place is very special and the wine is consistently delicious.
Sightseeing
North Georgia has many beautiful waterfalls for hiking. One of our favorites is Hemlock Falls which is located in Rabun County, approximately a 45 minute scenic drive from Cabin Bear Meister.
Although the trail is not too difficult, it is approximately 2 miles round trip. What we love about it is that at the end of the trail (past the wooden bridge), Hemlock Falls cascades over a sheer cliff, tumbling in tendrils of whitewater into a clear, cool pool below. A refreshing treat to dip into.
