One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. From the top of the One World Trade Center, guests can marvel at 360-degree Manhattan, the East River, the Brooklyn Bridge and New York Harbor, all while staying indoors. Across the memorial plaza from One World Trade Center is the Oculus, a transportation hub and shopping mall inside one of New York’s most unique buildings. It’s an easy stop on your way into the World Trade Center, before you make your journey to the observatory. You could grab a bite to eat, check out the retail outlets, or simply explore the incredible architecture.

To visit the Statue of Liberty is necessary to take a boat to Liberty Island . A 14 acre island in Upper New York Bay. Visiting Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty is an inspiring, striking experience. As dual symbols of freedom and hope, these incredible monuments and their museums give proof to the story of immigration and recognize the human spirit of our nation's ideals.

When visiting The Statue of Liberty this is a must stop to do , The Charging Bull is the name of the bronze sculpture of the animal its title depicts, located at Bowling Green near Wall Street in Manhattan. The bull was sculpted by artist Arturo Di Modica in the aftermath of the 1987 stock market crash, and publicly installed in 1989 at the end of Broadway and near Wall Street. His goal was to inspire people to carry on through hard times and celebrate the perseverance of the American business professional. The bull was chosen to represent the “bull” (or rising) market and thriving economy — something everybody was fighting for after the crash.

The name comes from the strip of windows, or skylights, along the spine of the roof. Oculus is the Latin word for “eye,” which, in architecture, refers to a round or eye-like opening with a view of the sky. The Oculus also connects people from all around the city — and around the world. Commuters using the Oculus will find trains leading to New Jersey and across NYC. As it was intended, the station serves the PATH train, but it also makes a direct connection to over 10 other subway lines. Plus, the building’s various tunnels and access points connect visitors to the Battery Park City Ferry Terminal, the September 11th Memorial & Museum, Brookfield Place, and World Trade Center Towers 1, 3, 4 and 7.

Climb to the top of the tower or spend an afternoon exploring exhibits on Fire Island’s maritime history. See the First-order Fresnel Lens, meander along the boardwalks to the historic boathouse and bay, or enjoy sand and surf on the beach. On a clear day you can see the New York City skyline in the distance. Tower tours are offered daily until one hour before close (call 631-583-5901 for most up-to-date hours of operation). The $10 tour fee for adults goes to support the Fire Island Lighthouse Preservation Society. The trex boardwalk is wide and comfortable, and fenced to keep you from feeding the deer or them from feeding on you. Park your car at Robert Moses Field 5, the farthest east (left at the obelisk), as close to the lighthouse as you can get. So many things to do on a hot summer day in this area and for those who love birdwatching this place is absolutely amazing for it !

The Big Apple's most famous street is Fifth Avenue, also known as Millionaire's Row. It crosses the whole of Manhattan from north to south. It is New York's most expensive and best shopping street with the world's most expensive retail spaces. We can compare this avenue to the Champs-Élysées in Paris or Ginza in Tokio.

At around 1,300 acres it is bigger than Central Park . The Unisphere is a spherical stainless steel representation of Earth in Flushing Meadows–Corona Park in the New York City borough of Queens. The globe was designed by Gilmore D. Clarke as part of his plan for the 1964 New York World's Fair. Commissioned to celebrate the beginning of the space age, the Unisphere was conceived and constructed as the theme symbol of the World's Fair. The theme of the World's Fair was "Peace Through Understanding", and the Unisphere represented the theme of global interdependence, being dedicated to "Man's Achievements on a Shrinking Globe in an Expanding Universe".
