Fireside Pizza is a former firehouse turned into a brick oven pizza joint. My personal favorite thing to do is grab a pie and sit at one of the outdoor tables on a nice summer night. Even better its literally in line of sight from the Luxe Nest's front door

As their slogan says "Life is hard enough, your ice cream should be soft." In the warm season, this ice cream staple is located across the street from the Luxe Nest. Look for the line of people close to Daisy Jane's Flower Bar and you're in the right spot.

Zundo is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown. I enjoy slurping up some of their delicious Ramen dishes. It's about a 6-minute drive from the Luxe Nest.

Sotto is the most exclusive seat in Cincinnati for dinner for a reason. Its fantastic pasta dishes and unparalleled atmosphere make for the perfect date night. If you want to visit Sotto, I suggest reserving a table ASAP. If Sotto is all booked, you can still get lucky as I often do finding a seat at the bar. One tip once you are there, get the donuts for dessert. You'll thank me later.

If you hear some great music while you're staying at the Luxe Nest this is where it will be coming from. During the summer this meeting spot host amazing small musicians for free live shows. The rest of the time its still a great place to sit down relax and mingle with others from Walnut Hills

Cincinnati isn't known for public transit
In fact, we have the most extensive abandoned subway in the world. Luckily Walnut Hills is one of the most walkable neighborhoods in the City. When downtown, the rail link is free but does have a minimal route path. Parking is plentiful in the downtown "OTR" area.
