Café Hawelka is a traditional Viennese café in the first district. The place's specialty is the Buchteln dessert by an original recipe by its founder Josefine Hawelka. In the 1950s, 60s and 70s Artists gathered here and it became a central meeting place in the art scene of the time.

Eisenstein) and was one of the first cinemas in Austria to implement the change from silent to sound film.
It is stilling showing the famous "Dritter Mann" - " Third Man" movie daily!
