Only an hour away, enjoy Boston and all it has to offer! Whether you go see the Bruins/Celtics/Red Sox play or go enjoy the nightlife, Boston has a lot to offer. The Museum of Science and Freedom Trail are great for a day trip.

Food scene
This is hands down my favorite place to go in Manchester. Richard, the owner, is a chocolatier who has dedicated himself to his craft. Beautiful, artisan chocolate that is absolutely delicious.

Just an hour away from Manchester, Lake Winni is one of the biggest in the North East with plenty of boat rentals, kayak rentals, and other fun activities to do for a day! Mount Major is also a hike you could do to get views of the lake.

The city can seem large but the downtown area is really just a couple blocks which makes it a wonderful place to walk around and explore, especially in warmer months.

If you are coming to beautiful Manchester in the winter months, definitely be sure to bring any warm clothes and shoes you have. I like to always have a hat, pair of gloves and winter boots nearby when I am in Manchester since the weather can be unpredictable (snowstorms are a constant thing here in the winter)!
