Going to Downtown Mobile
To go downtown take 165 connector, instead of going from I-65 down one of the main streets like Airport, Dauphin St, Springhill, or Government.

Going to Baldwin County or the Gulf Beaches
Take 165 connector but don’t go to the tunnel, you now have to go miles out if the way to get back to the Wallace Tunnel. Get off at AfricaTown and take the Cochran/AfricaTown USA bridge it saves about 20 minutes.
