Our favorite outdoor lounge enclosed in a beautiful lit up spot at the North End of Palm Canyon. Cocktails and wine list are some of the best in town and paired down Italian menu is simple ingredients done well. The Birba Pizza and signature meatballs will not disappoint.

Traditional Jewish deli in the heart of Palm Springs. Cakes taller than most mid-century houses and amazing comfort food you won't find anywhere else in the valley. They have two locations but original Palm Springs is the place to be. Try their Corned beer or pastrami sandwich with potato latkes instead of bread...they'll need to airlift you home but it's worth every bite.

A classic! One of three locations but with the best location on S Palm Canyon. This is where we go right off the plane to have a margarita the size of your head while you sit in the sun. Sometimes live music, always good people watching and consistent carney asada tacos.

Amazing destination for golf and home to 5 world-class courses in a stunning setting. Named as one of the Top 100 course in America and home to the American Express (formerly Desert Classic). If you love golf and don't mind paying for it this is my favorite course in the valley.

Can be challenging from the back tees as it stretches to 7200 yards but beautiful course architecture and view of the San Jacinto mountains makes this a favorite of ours to play. Great clubhouse and patio for the 19th hole.

In the summer I would recommend a short hike while in the winter they often have snow and you can cross-country ski, snow shoe etc. Beautiful views of Palm Springs and the entire Coachella valley year-round!

Large park in the middle of Movie Colony district in central Palm Springs. Great area if you have kids as there is lots of space to run , picnic tables, a large playground with swings and tennis courts.

If you have young kids this will be their favorite place in the desert. Arcade, miniature golf, go-carts and...best of all...bumper boats equipped with spray guns. Fun for the whole family. Be sure to leave a few towels in the car.
