Food is eclectic and savory. Not your typical fare. Reminds me more of a California style restaurant; clean lines, great lighting and superb service. A little more upscale, they describe themselves as “fresh, rustic and intimate. I’d say that’s accurate. Not stuffy at all. Has a nice deck and waterfall when the weather is nice. Dinner entrees range from $18-38. They do a Sunday brunch that ranges from $9-15.

Delicious savory or dessert crepes, made fresh to order! It’s a small space, with more seating outdoors. Not the ambiance for a romantic dinner, but great for breakfast or lunch. Vegetarian and GF options.

I’m including Starbucks because they are the only place in town open at 5am (5:30 Sundays) with a drivethru! Sometimes that is what you want early in the morning! The staff is great, and they are open 365 days a year, which helps if you’re here over a holiday!

Check out the back “quiet” room with couches and tables. Staff is always friendly, and the vibe is chill. A locals hangout!
Drinks & Nightlife
Right around the corner from us, without having to go back out to the highway! They have tastings every day, through they’re not open late, so I wouldn’t call it “nightlife”! The get busy on weekends, so great for meeting new people, but not for a quiet chat.

Great local spot, on historic Mercer Street in downtown Drip. Some great little shops within walking distance too. This is a casual, down-home and folksey kinda place. They specialize in Texas craft beers, and have wine also. Live music Tuesday nites.

A true, Texas dancehall! They lost their lease on Mercer Street, so they built a new place down on RR 12, just a little south of downtown Dripping. Live music, and probably some cowhands who can teach you how to dosie-doe!
