From U-Bhf Rathaus Neukoelln -> a few meter further, look for entrance into Neukölln Arcaden labeled 'Post/Bibliothek', take the lift up to the 5th floor where the group exhibition is location, one further up (walk up the park house snailing road) you will find the roof of the building with its sundeck, djs, bar, snack bar and everything else you need to be happy. From the roof, you have an amazing view over Berlin on a good day. The perfect place to enjoy sun, life and a end of a working day. Great fun and highly recommended! Note correct address: Am Wriezener Bahnhof. No doubt Berlin's best, most famous and notorious night club, 5km taxi ride (every taxi driver knows it!) or 6 min walk from the closest S-Bahn station "Ostbahnhof". With its upstairs 'Panorama Bar' and smaller venue 'Berghain Kantine' for concerts and smaller club events as well as the record label 'Ostgut Ton', Berghain is without any doubt much more than just a nightclub but a major hub for electronic music and cultural life in Berlin. No doubt Berlin's best, most famous and notorious night club, 5km taxi ride (every taxi driver knows it!) or 6 min walk from the closest S-Bahn station "Ostbahnhof". With its upstairs 'Panorama Bar' and smaller venue 'Berghain Kantine' for concerts and smaller club events as well as the record label 'Ostgut Ton', Berghain is without any doubt much more than just a nightclub but a major hub for electronic music and cultural life in Berlin. A little further on lies the island of youth (die Insel der Jugend), which leads to the Abbey Bridge, which is listed as an historic monument. Here you can rent pedal boats and rowing boats. On the other side of the Spree can be found the impressive power plant Rummelsburg and the leaning tower of the stralau peninsula, which also goes by the name of the "appendix of Berlin."
Those who do not set out along the shores but instead take the road crossing over into Alt-Treptow, will find themselves on a huge lawn and play area, at whose southern end there is a large lake. In the middle of the park lies the soviet war memorial. The second attraction of Treptow Park is right next door: The Archenhold Observatory is home to the longest refracting telescope in the world.
