Hiking
This 78.5-acre park features a guarded swimming beach, boat launch, BBQ pits, picnic shelters, horseshoe pits, volleyball courts, concession stand, restrooms, and access to the Post Falls Community Forest and Q’emiln Climbing Walls.
Near the boat launch you will find access to the parks hiking trails and rock climbing walls. Be sure to read the signs as you go as this is a large trail that forks off several times.
Would not recommend taking small children on this trail.

Q'emiln Park

The Mineral Ridge Trail is a 3.3-mile loop that offers outstanding views over Beauty and Wolf Lodge bays of Coeur d’Alene Lake, with excellent interpretive signage along the trail.
Directions: Trailhead is 11 miles east of Coeur d’Alene city center. Take US-90 east from Coeur d’Alene for eight miles to Wolf Lodge Bay Exit 22, then go south on Highway 97 for three miles.
