You’ll find a few Parsons around Chicago, do yourself a favor and pop into one of them! This is a Chicago staple and for good reason. Their fried chicken sandwiches are amazing! Pair that with one of their frozen cocktails or the pickle soda cocktail (my personal favorite) and you’re in for a yummy meal!

Definitely try a Jiburrito, a plantain based sandwich that was created by the Puerto Rican community in Chicago.

Millennium park is a must see in the Windy City! Go up and take pictures with “the bean”. Walk across the pedestrian bridge to Maggie Daly park which is great for kids of all ages, plus ice skating in the park during the winter!
