Beautiful town of Berkhamsted with its canals, parks, excellent shopping, plenty of pubs and restaurants and train links in and out of London. There is also Asheridge estate state nearby, perfect for woodland walks and picnics.

Tring is very close by approx. 4.3 miles/11 min drive.
The quickest route to Tring from The Stables are the country roads through the villages of Cholesbury and Wigginton. Tring has a weekly farmer’s market on Saturdays between 9am and 12.30pm, shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, train station with good links into London, parks and its own Natural History Museum! Berkhamsted Town is also easily accessed via the A41 at Tring.

Car/Bike/Walking is the best way to get around Bellingdon.
There is local bus nearby serving Chesham town. Chesham also has a London Underground station serving the Metropolitan Line in and out of London. Mainline stations into London are served by Tring, Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead into Euston approx 35/40 mins. There is also a mainline station from Amersham that takes you into Marylebone. in 35 mins. All with parking. I recommend downloading the Trainline app to book trains online and also the Saba Parking App - saves so much time!
