2 mile long running and biking trail. Safe exercise. Also a good way to get down to Manayunk where there are a lot of restaurants. Suitable for strong walkers. Good start for cycling route.

This is a wonderful place to take anyone. History, art, great neighborhood for food. Photos are amazing also. During the fall season the have Terror behind the Walls. Pretty scary stuff.
