The Jamaica Margaritas are a MUST before you leave Palm Springs! It’s so refreshing, good for blood circulation and the kidneys. Authentic CA Mexican food. There is also shade since it’s off strip which is so clutch and the vibe / ambiance is 100%

Sightseeing
What we like to do is drive south down to the end of Date Palm and take a right on Palm Canyon Drive. That road curves around past a lot of traditional Palm Springs-looking homes especially if you detour by taking a left at Sunrise way.
Either way, you end up back at Palm Canyon and take that up to where it splits into 2 one way streets. Go up Indian Canyon Drive (the street automatically turns into Indian Canyon) to Frances Stevens park and take a left, then another left back onto Palm Canyon. This is downtown Palm Springs. Park and walk around... there are great restaurants and shops all up and down this street.
