One of THE best places to eat Indian, authentic street food here in Glasgow. Right across from the Kelvingrove Gallery. It's so well known that every night of the week there is a queue to eat there. You cannot book a table in advance. Some of my friends have to come here when visiting from France for our nation's favourite food - it's not haggis! We love spicy food here in Glasgow!

North Queensferry is such a beautiful place not far from Edinburgh - the Bridge is stunning, such a quaint little place with great places to eat and drink and walks along the water. Very cosy in Winter.

It's around 38 mins from Glasgow. Not on the train line so needs to be accessed by car or via a specialist Outlander bus tour operator.

And also home to Graham Harris Graham's iconic photography of Scotland - located in the 17th Century Townhouse which was a witches' prison, a debtors' prison and the tax office.
