New American restaurant with a focus on seasonal and regional products, connected to the The Oliver Hotel. Start with the Seared Scallops then try the Roasted Lamb Rack or a new dish on their seasonal menu. If you aren't up for dinner or just out for a drink, pull up to the bar and watch the bartender carefully set something on fire as he crafts the perfect cocktail for you. The ambiance is great for a romantic date!

Head to the top of the iconic Sunsphere, originally built as part of the 1982 World's Fair! Free observatory deck overlooks the city and the Great Smoky Mountains in the distance. There is also a restaurant up there if you want to have dinner with a view.
