Make a pitstop at Pedernales Falls State Park for a hike on your way.

If you're craving some authentic German food and feel, Fredericksburg will be able to scratch that itch. Oktoberfest and the Hot Air Balloon festival are two of many attractions to base a visit around. My favorite will always be grabbing a late (late) breakfast at the Airport Diner.

Sightseeing
Spring is in the air! This is a beautiful drive anytime, but the wildflowers in the Spring certainly outshine the other seasons. A great activity to combine with a visit to Enchanted Rock or Fredericksburg. Or both!

Calling your inner adrenaline junky! Rock Climbing and Mountain Biking are the 2 main attractions here. But if you prefer to stay grounded, the hiking and swimming will not disappoint either.

One of my favorite restaurants in the area, known for their fresh and outstanding food, live music, and margarita flights. They get very busy in the evenings and on the weekends, so reservations are highly recommended.

Amazing meats, cheeses, wines, and Charcuterie Boards. reservations recommended for dining in. A great place to pop in and pick up food togo as well. The owners are very delightful as well!
