The food, in my opinion, is slightly over-rated but the history behind the walls of this place lend for a great Memphis experience. I'm usually filling up on their sausage and cheese plate but Rendezvous is known for their dry-rub ribs, the staple Memphis way to prepare BBQ ribs.
