Again, pricy but it's a lovely experience. A mixture of Scottish and French goumet food. Small portions so not if you are starving but they are heavenly. Great cocktail bar too

Again, on the expensive side but beautiful food and a gorgeous riverside location. Brilliant piano bar that does incredible cocktails and has a vast malt whisky selection if you want to try some of Scotland's finest!

Sister restaurant of The Mustard Seed on the opposite side of the river, it's even more reasonable priced and is in a modern designed, glass fronted building with river views.

A hidden gem and doesn't look much from the outside but if you like Thai food, the Massamam curry is very good!

Nicely situated between the flat and the town centre, it's nice to stop in for a drink on the way into town for dinner. Or to stay there for dinner as the food is really good too. An Inverness classic, popular with the locals who have more refined taste!

Irish bar with a Scottish spirit. Along with Hootananny, probably the most popular bar in Inverness, with a nightclub section attached. Inverness isn't great for nightlife to be honest, but this is probably where it's at!
