This is the perfect place to get a hangover breakfast, they are renowned for their bubble and squeak combos, go with a good appetite as the portions are large.
Be prepared to wait for a table as it has limited seats and often has a queue outside, but worth the wait!

There are some great walks along the south downs, they can be accessed by bus. If you are feeling adventurous you can hire bikes at Brighton train station for £10 a day and explore this way.
