Last exit in New Brunswick before the Confederation Bridge. The Nature Centre is an eco-centre located in the Cape Jourimain National Wildlife Area. There are over 12 km of nature trails as well as an exhibit hall, observation tower, boutique and restaurant. [UPDATE Jul 2019: Government funding drastically reduced. Not sure what cut-backs have been done. May have an Entrance Fee.]

The beach is reported to have the warmest salt water in Canada. A variety of activities of games and trails are available. The park also provides campsites.

Open mid-May to mid-October. Besides offering camping sites, there is a convenience store, firewood, ice cream and BBQ propane tank exchange. A public beach is between the campground area and the wharf.

Canada’s first farm-to bottle distillery. Blue Roof Premium Vodka is made on-site from the farm’s potatoes. Tours available for $5.00. The small store offers samples of the product, take your picture with the big potato! Definitely purchase a bottle or two of the vodka. They continue to add products to their line, including coolers and gin.

Located on a 300 acre farm, it was the first winery and distillery in New Brunswick. They host an Annual Wine Festival on the second Sunday in August from noon to 5:00 p.m.
The “Lobster Capital of the World” hosts an annual festival every July. Take your picture with the sculpture called “The World’s Largest Lobster”.

The Owens Art Gallery is the oldest University art gallery in Canada. Sackville Waterfowl Park (34 Mallard Drive, Sackville) 55 acre park features free admission to walk several kilometres of trails and boardwalks (including a section of the Trans-Canada Trail), 160 bird species and 200 species of plants. Self-guided tour maps are available online and guided tours (1.5 hours) for a fee are offered May to August.
