A super cool food court style restaurant incubator, each stall is an independently run restaurant, some of which rotate out regularly. Many of the best (new) places in troy are graduates of the Troy Kitchen and its provided a great foundation for new businesses to get a footing before striking it out on their own.

They have since grown into a second packaging brewery and continue to operate a full Brew Pub in their Troy Location. They also have a nice outdoor patio in the summer overlooking the Hudson River making it a great place to enjoy an evening beer or cocktail.
