Great spot to see the city! It was built for the 1984 World Fair here in Knoxville. The glass panels are actually coated in 24 carat gold! And, its FREE! If you want a cool night out, there is a restaurant/bar on the top floor!

Cades Cove is an 11 mile loop you drive in your car. It is in a valley of the Great Smokey mountains and has abundant wildlife. There are centuries old homesteads from settlers here, that you can explore. There are hiking trails you can do. Abrams Falls is great. It's a 2 mile hike to a beautiful waterfall!
If you choose to go, make sure and go in the later afternoon 4-7 in the summer and 3-5 in the autumn and winter months. Many times you'll see deer and bears roaming around at that time! Its a GREAT experience and its completely free!

Only 40 mins away but this is a great day trip. Shopping, entertainment, Mountain Coasters, a bunch of touristy things to do, restaurants, Ripleys Aquarium of the Smokies...a trip here is worth it! Walk the strip, play mountainside miniature golf, get a old time picture taken, ride the skyllift or walk the longest pedestrian suspension bridge in the eastern US! Gatlinburg has it!

Anakeesta is wonderful. Great views, and things to do for the family. You'll spend the whole day here. Treetop Skywalk, Chondola, Rail Runner mountain coaster, Firefly Village, Vista Gardens walk...its a great day trip.
