Stephen Avenue is more of an upscale avenue in Calgary. There are quite a few great fine dining options around, with lots of food truck options in the summer. The Core shopping mall is about a 5 minute walk away which is Calgary's most upscale mall. The palace theater is also on Stephen Avenue where you might be bale to catch a concert. Overall a great street to hit solo, or with you family & friends!

Calgary Stampede, this is a world famous festival in Calgary with mots of street food, rides, games, shows, concerts, rodeos & much more! Largest even in the city by far. Only here in July for 2 weeks though.

Calgary Tower a historic staple in the city. Ride the elevator all the way up to the 360 degree rotation glass dome at the top, once there dine at the restaurant or just enjoy the views!

Calgary's most upscale mall located in the hear of downtown, very easy access as the C-train will drop you off at the 5th street station beside the entrance.

Great spot for for some grub & a drink. The steak frites with gravy is my favorite! This place is literally a 2 minute walk from the building.
